Absolutely. I offer talks and workshops for workplaces, faith communities, nonprofits, and small groups—tailored to your goals and audience.

What if I’m new to meditation?

You’re welcome here. We’ll start with approachable practices and clear guidance—no experience required.

Do you support grief and caregiving specifically?

Yes. My work includes mindfulness resources and gentle support for grief, loss, and caregiving seasons—held with compassion and respect.

Where do you officiate weddings?

I serve couples across Virginia (statewide). I’m also happy to discuss travel for special circumstances.

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings, earlier is best—especially for peak seasons. For talks and circles, a few weeks’ notice is usually plenty.
