About SAX Meditation

SAX Meditation is a mindfulness-based practice for returning to your true nature—through guided meditation, small circles, retreats, grief and caregiving support, and sacred ceremony.

A caring, grounded approach to mindfulness

For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals and groups with simple, faithful practices that meet real life—busy minds, tender hearts, and seasons of change. My teaching is quiet, practical, and rooted in compassion: you don’t have to become someone new to find peace; you can return to what’s already here.

Grief & caregiving

Making room for love, loss, and what comes next

Grief changes the landscape of our lives. Mindfulness doesn’t rush you through it—it helps you stay present with what’s true, with steadiness and gentleness. I offer support for grieving individuals and caregivers, along with resources and reflections connected to my upcoming book, Grateful Grief.
